Timken® IP69K Hygienic Mounted Ball Bearings
Timken offers fully stainless bearings with IP69K water and dust protection rating without the use of an end cover.
To meet the IP69K rating, our bearings did not allow any water or dust past the seal during the aggressive tests. Our IP69K insert is available in combination with four different housing materials including standard cast stainless, white thermoplastic, hygienic stainless and hygienic blue thermoset housing material. Thousands of housing combinations are available including custom options.

When the Poly-Round insert wear in one direction, it can be rotated 180 degrees to use unworn portion to increase bearing life. -
